This December, step inside our magical Santa’s Grotto for a festive experience designed to make Christmas extra special for your little ones.


There’s much more than a visit to Santa waiting for you! Children can enjoy a festive journey through the grotto, with activities along the way before meeting the man himself.

Meet Santa Claus and enjoy that all-important Christmas moment, with every child receiving a special gift from Santa to take home.

Then settle in for a cosy Christmas story with Mrs Claus, before joining Santa’s elves for some festive fun and decorating your very own Christmas cookie.

With plenty of Christmas magic along the way, it’s a lovely experience for the whole family and a chance to make some special festive memories together.

Important Information


The Santa’s Grotto experience lasts approximately 1 hour and includes your visit with Santa, a special gift, story time with Mrs Claus and cookie decorating with the elves.


Tickets: £15 per child | £5 per adult


When purchasing your child’s ticket, please make sure you provide their gender and age range. This helps Santa and his elves allocate the most suitable gift for each child.


You are very welcome to take your own photos throughout the experience, including during your child’s special visit with Santa, so you can capture those magical Christmas memories.


Please arrive in good time for your booked session. All tickets are non-refundable.
