What are your opening hours?

Here are our restaurant hours: Monday - Saturday: 12 noon to 9pm Sunday: 12 noon to 6.30pm Here are our bar opening hours: Monday - Thursday: 12 noon to 11pm Friday & Saturday: 12 noon to 1am Sunday: 12 noon to close
Are you dog friendly?

We love dogs, just not inside the restaurant (unless they're working harder than some of our staff as guide or assistance dogs). Feel free to bring your furry VIP to our garden, patio or outdoor pod - where the snacks are for humans, but the attention is all theirs.
Are you child friendly?

Kids are welcome and we even have a wonderful playground where they can let off some steam – making friends, swinging, climbing and exploring the monkey bars. We do kindly ask that children remain supervised at all times, especially indoors, and stay at the table while dining. This helps us ensure everyone’s safety, avoiding any accidental bumps with our team carrying hot food and drinks.
Can I reserve tables on the patio or garden?

Our patio and garden tables operate on a first come, first served basis. While we do accept requests for A La Carte dining on the patio, please note we can’t guarantee availability – but we’ll always do our best to accommodate you! Garden tables are walk-in only and offer a more relaxed experience with access to our garden menu exclusively.
Do you accommodate for big dining parties?

We have plenty of space to welcome larger groups. We can seat up to 20 guests on one long table in a private space, or up to 24 guests in our main restaurant. For even larger parties, we can arrange multiple tables close together to keep everyone connected. Please note that for tables of 8 or more, we kindly require a pre-order and deposit to ensure smooth service. To book your large dining party, please call the restaurant directly and our team will be happy to assist!
Can I bring a celebration cake?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a celebration cake to mark your special occasion! We kindly ask that you do not bring cupcakes, cookies, or other single-serve desserts. Please ensure your cake box is clearly labelled with your booking name, so our team knows exactly where it’s going.
When does your set menu run?

Our Lunchtime Set Menu runs Monday to Friday 12pm to 5pm.
Is there free parking?

Yes, we have a large private car park available for our guests, and parking is completely free for paying customers. We kindly ask that the car park is used only by guests dining or drinking with us, to ensure space is available for those visiting The Artisan.
